Michael and Maggie were great. I wish I could have worked with one of them through the entire process. I ended up talking with I think 7 employees with Churchill Mortgage during the whole process. That’s just too many people. It made it confusing for me to figure out who is my contact for what, but I just replied to their individual emails. I think it would be helpful for the customer to have one main person on the account.
