Micheal had us pre-approved and on our way before the other mortgage people I contacted even called us back. Also, there was some confusion over some of the available features of our loan that threatened to create problems with our purchase. Michael stayed up late and got everything ironed out overnight so that our deal didn't get cancelled or delayed. He's a champion for his customers.
