Friendly efficient office personnel. Today was my first meeting and appointment with Dr Klein. His feedback on prior dental work was very good, it installed confidence in me. He was personable and easy to talk to. He’s a Tufts man, you gotta respect that!

Excellent. I was not happy with my former dentist, and a friend recommended Dr. Klein. She said his office was friendly and well run, and Dr. Klein was a straight shooter. I've been to the office a couple of times now, and she was 100% accurate. They manage their appointments like no other office -- incredibly efficient use of everyone's time. They are thorough, but don't sell you on unnecessary treatments. I will be moving other members of my family to Dr. Klein.
Sonia is a superb hygienist that I trust for many years. She’s great!
Recently I had a loose crown on the day of a scheduled cleaning and Dr. Klein made room for me in his busy day to take care of the crown. This was during the holidays and he extended his Saturday to make a temporary crown because he wanted me to look good. He is a kind and compassionate dentist and I am grateful I found him after my previous dentist retired.
