I have purchased two investment properties with Mike by my side. He had me approved very quickly. He explained my loan options to me. He was very reachable through the process. He helped me set up my auto-draft for the mortgages. And he went way, way out of his way to help me locate and submit various documents that were needed as we moved through the process. Mike did an awesome job! As a newer small business owner, it was extremely difficult to get approved for a loan. Mike did a great job telling us exactly what we needed to do, and kept us updated on the status along the way. Our home ran into several unforeseen issues, but we were able to push through them and close, thanks to the assistance we received from Mike!
