Buying a house can be a stressful event. Michael helped us navigate all of the hoops one has to jump through these days to finance a home. When ever there was something we did not understand I could always call Michael and he would not only explain everything, he would ask how my family was doing. The whole office was very engaged and personable with me. If the person I called for was not there they always tried to help or got the message to that person quickly. They responded well to all calls and emails. The whole process was painless thanks to the staff and there knowledge throughout the process. When the final steps to close the loan were approaching the FHA was falling apart on us and it seemed like we were going to lose the loan. Mike and the team pulled off an extremely tough job by switching our loan to a conventional in just a week before our closing date. Couldn't have done it without Mike, thanks again!
