This altercation appears to be of a personal nature, with no relation to our practice and is certainly nothing we at Simony dental endorse. That being said the employee is being reprimanded and counseled. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.”
RecommendedMy regular cleaning was fine, I've been using Dr. Simony for years. But the constant texts and phone calls regarding your upcoming appointment, and the Follow Up - Rate your Experience email you receive while you are sitting in the waiting room and haven't experienced a dang thing yet, is aggravating. Please stop.
