I was so lucky to find Michael as my lender, and don't think I would have been able to buy my house without his expertise. Michael and his team were in constant communication from texts to emails. Michael answered all my questions on the first phone call with him. As questions came up Michael or someone on his team answered immediately. My Realtor and Attorney were also impressed on how on time all of the paperwork was done. Michael also got me the best interest rate and locked it in. You can’t ask for a better team than this one. Great job. Love you guys! I highly recommend Michael and his team at Guarenteed Rate.

Michael and his team were great to work with. From application to closing day everything went smoothly. They were in constant communication from texts to emails making sure the process went without any problems. I had some questions which were answered immediately and they always made me feel at ease after corresponding with me.
