From beginning to end each person on the team Austin, Rochelle, Kelly, the receptionist, etc. Every call, message, email smooth and easy. Each person so nice, patient, courteous, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The appraiser was kind, American Home Title as well all the way to Derrick who was our Notary. The ease and accommodations that were made for my Aunt were above and beyond and so appreciated. Thank you Scott for recommending Mike and his team to us.

Michael went way above and beyond in serving us and making sure our loan went through as planned. There were a few curve balls in our process but Michael handled them like a champ and kept our transaction on the rails from the beginning.
