Better communication about exactly what documents are needed. I submitted the same pay stub 5 times only to fine out that that was not the correct document needed. It was very frustrating. Also, we are now 6 weeks past our closing date and have recently been contacted to sign another document. I feel like the was a lack of communication and some unpreparedness about the documents we needed to submit and the ones that needed to be signed.

Michael helped us get in to a house when we didn't even think we could right now, he guided us in the right direction. He talked to us as if we were friends, not someone he was making money from. He's very kind and so awesome. We had a wonderful experience.
