Michael is a good guy, always willing to answer any questions. He always is able to get the job done, even when the loan process is a little tricky.
Michael went above and beyond at every turn. He was extremely helpful, always available when I had questions and got the ball rolling on my loan in a very timely manner.

When I would speak with Michael on the phone it felt as though he couldn’t get me off the the phone quick enough. I felt as though I was bothering him. There were times when he would not return my text. I was only ever able to interact with him via phone or text never in person.
