I dealt with Bob the service manager. I had a very pleasant experience. He was courteous and understood the problem. He checked and rechecked the vehicle before I took it home. I really think this is THE most professional Honda dealership in my area.
Dealer was very prompt and diligent in following up with me, however, I needed to go out of town for a couple of weeks and told them I would get back to them when I could.
My car had been detailed and serviced when I purchased it. It looks like new.
