In this day of "lack of customer service" environment -- Desiree and Adam of this dealership REALLY (we mean it, not just from a surface level) helped us with our 2019 Subaru Outback repair/service. Desiree went over and beyond to repair the battery draining problem & managed to fix it, at no cost to us. We are retired and we only have a limited income, this act of kindness genuinely helped us. Once again, Thank you Desiree (and Adam of course) -- for the AWESOME customer service !
