Jeff Paterson was very professional and friendly on a day I didn't know I'd be getting a new car. Although he was the only sales staff, he made my experience a very positive one.

everything was fine at the dealership. the weird thing was getting a call that I had to get in sooner than my appointment because of supply issues Subaru wanted the part back.

Easy booking experience with good flexibility. Dropped my car off early with minimal fuss. Recall work was completed within the estimated time frame. Service manager didn't try and recommend any work or service I didn't need , just gave me his card and told me to call if I ever need anything. Definity the correct approach here.
In and out as promised. They suggested I would need tires soon, I don't think so will seek 2nd opinion.
