Their service was done in a timely manner, seems to be working great.
I expected to wait the majority of the day as I live a good ways from dealership and was pleasantly surprised to find myself heading home mid afternoon. All the folks were friendly and Very Nice shuttle driver even drove me to sandwich shop and back to dealership
I had 2 cars already picked out when I got there. The 2014 outback was still available. I had used carmax to review the car's history. The salesman Jeff was friendly. Kept me updated on the loan process. The loan officer was able to find me a reasonable percentage rate. Overall is was a very pleasant experience.
