Took the car in for routine service. The service advisor Chris set us up ahead of time so that we knew what to expect cost wise and because the service was expected to take most of the day we were set up with a loan car.

The service itself was good. This was my first service since buying a 2023 Forester. I understand that their service department is under construction/expansion but except for the first sign directing you to the service dept., there were no other indications as to where you should go or park. I didn't see anyone nearby who could direct me to the service area either.

Jessie was Excellent! Notified me of another thing that need to be done. I can tell the difference driving the 2015 forester.
