Straight forward. No BS. Identified work that needed to be done while it was still under warranty even though the engine was not yet symptomatic. Took the time to do the job right and charged exactly what they quoted up front. No surprise extras and made sure I had an alternative ride while car was in the shop. Could go to a closer dealership but these guys are worth the 2.5 hr round trip.
