I was amazed, in this day and age, to get such nice service...Starting when I drove into the parking lot, I was met and shown where to park.. Then escorted intsie to meet the one person, who was going to handle our minor problems. The main reason I had come in was to fix a key that would sometimes not come out. That didn't cost me anything, but had several other thngs done, while there. They gave me a "loaner car", and I went grocery shopping. They called me when I was checking out, to say the car was ready! QUICK! FRIENDLY!... read more
