Took my vehicle in for a recall involving the heater. one week later I went to replace my cabin filter and found that when the tech checked the heater, he never hooked up the damper on the glove box door. I hooked it back up after I replaced the cabin filter.

My Subaru looks and feels good. 120.000 service is a huge job along with repairs from winter driving mishaps. I was kept informed of the status of the service so I had a good idea of when the car would be ready. Shuttle service and loaner vehicle were a great help.
