All employees I encountered were friendly, helpful and professional. I even got a loaner vehicle -surprising they went the extra mile since loaner vehicles are in very short supply

Took my Subaru Outback in a bra and tint on the front side windows. Finished the work with excellent quality and in less time than scheduled.
Brought my car in for a stalling issue. Subaru diagnosed and discovered the torque converter was failing, $3100 repair. My car had just over 100k miles so it was out of warranty. After the service dept gave me the number to Subaru of America, I called and plead my case. Subaru covered the repair cost and the service (oil change, etc.) Cudos to Arvin at Michael Hohl Subaru, he saved me a ton of money!
