I always get 5 star service. Celso Marquez, my Service agent and his really cool coworker sitting next to him are so helpful. I recently had to get new tires and Celso explained a lot of things. No upsale. Highly recommend

The service was good, except this time the technician significantly under inflated my tires. All four were at 31 PSI. I'm very surprised that the Subaru maintenance department would release my car to me with tires so poorly inflated heading into winter.
