Celso was very helpful, service on car was great.
I do not like the set up for service. There are 5 desks in the room and there is no place to stand waiting for your turn but behind a customer sitting in a chair. I was assigned to service person on the phone but didn't know if I should sit down. Then another service person said he could help me but I was told to wait for the service person who was on the phone. After a few minutes, I was then told to wait in the "waiting room" for the service person to finish his call. He got up and left the room. Another 15 minutes passed ... read more
