Scott was very helpful. The cost was extremely high and no loaner car was available. I would have had to make arrangements through Enterprise. The shuttle service was good and friendly. I was not able to get the chores I had hoped to accomplish done.

Nice service person. Quick. They forgot to reset my oil light alert, so I had to go back
My car was done in 20 minutes and I wasn't told about it being done for an hour and a half later. They didn't reset my reminder either. I have never had issues in the past and hope this is a one off situation
