Everyone that we worked with at PRMG was awesome in every way. The only difficulty we had was of course the initial underwrite time, so that even though we had a 45 day initial lock, everyone was really scrambling and it made it very stressful, more than it should be. If there is a way to decrease the initial underwriting time that would be really helpful to all, but Mike and all the team were amazing to work with!
