Not only was this my first closing PRMG, but this was also my first DPA since becoming a broker four years ago, and WOW!! Everything was great!! But disclosing was a little stressful only due to me needing to know my way around, but Mike jumped in and helped a ton, and we closed this very quickly. I'll be marketing DPAs moving forward and helping more buyers.
