Had a rough tooth extraction on an abcess tooth. After extraction, wasn't given antibiotics for the infection. Also, had to go to ER 3 hours later to get relief from the excruciating pain. Upon my arrival @ the ER, my blood pressure was 160/100 because of the pain I was in. (This dentist office doesn't prescribe pain medication after extractions.) I understand that due to the current opioid epidemic in TN, that rules have become more strict. However, I will be looking for a new dentist.
