Great experience working with Michael Klein and his team for the second time selling a property in Hoboken while living out of town - this time with a tenant in the property. Michael knows the market very well, anticipates problems, avoids them when possible and helps solve them quickly when they are unavoidable. He and his team are also in touch with several contractors in the area. Seamless process, which concluded with multiple offers and a closing substantially over asking. Cannot recommend him and his team enough.
