After searching years to find the perfect dentist, I finally found the one. Dr Nugent and his entire staff is simply amazing. After visiting many dental offices throughout my entire life, I have never found such a well put together team. It's never a long wait, they see you right away. This is seriously the best experience I had with a dentist in the United States. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, they took me in on time, did not have to wait because they have several rooms and assistant. The dental assistant was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and Dr. Nugent explains everything with detail, making sure I am understanding my condition, what was done to me and the next steps to follow. I was referred to Dr. Nugent for a sports mouth guard by my Martial Arts Coach, Justin. The overall experience was top notch. The office staff was very helpful, polite, and attentive during the registration process. They clearly communicated exactly what I needed to provide them for the office visit. Dr. Michael Nugent DDS is the BEST dentist. Explains everything in detail . He is the first dentist that gives you options and let you decide what works for the patient. I never feel like he is trying to make money off of his patients., He is a honest man!!!! Words can’t explain how great he is!!! He and his staff are always very nice and caring people!! The Best!!! Took my husband for a tooth extraction and he hates the dentist and gets very nervous. So pleased that they're very patient with you and explain everything step by step.
