I love that mostly everything was done online. Everyone was very prompt with communications, and the rate that was locked in was great. I felt that you had our best interests in mind. The only area where I was disappointed was lack of communications around our closing appointment. Other thank that I would highly recommend Bay Equity & Michael Picore's team in the future.
