Walking us through the process at the beginning either by phone or a f2f meeting would have been great as it had been many years since we had had to have a mortgage. More clear that we would be working with several persons rather than a single point of conatact It was difficult to get our heads around signing docs that were not accurrate as info changed/was supdated several times Michael being present for the final signing, his attitude, presense and professionalism made the rest fade into the past quickly. Thank you
