Any question I had was answered almost immediately, made suggestions that saved me even more money without causing the interest rate to go up or the term...Saved over $700.00 because of this suggestion over and above what I was already saving and my payments increased by $50.00 a month on the home. SECOND TO NONE!

This is the second time I have work with Michael and his team at Bay Equity. The process is very smooth, I never have to go into an office (unless I wanted). Paperwork was easy to execute and responses were very quick. Information and options were presented clearly. I hope to use Michael and his team again in the future.
