Mike was great to work with! Always there to answer my questions and get things in order. Many things about working with me and my rather unconventional income and employment setup were requiring extra steps but he was there each step of the way to make things easy and explain exactly what i had to do. Mike was recommended by a friend, and I will pass the recommendation along. I have a new lowered interest rate 30 year fixed mortgage on my Basalt Condo. Not an easy task as I work in Hawaii and quarantined during the process. He and his team sent information request all secured and even closed with a remote notary who did the final close on paper.
