I got great service from Michael and his crew at bay equity. I used them for my original mortgage and I was satisfied with their service then. When the rates declined I used them again to refinance my mortgage. Even though they were very busy they gave my loan immediate attention and it was finalized promptly. I believe using a local company has advantages over using an on line company.
