My experiences with Dr. Raphael and his Novi staff have all been positive.
Warren, MI office ordered the incorrect tests at the hospital. His office lied to me saying that my test results were normal when after further questioning they didn't even get the test results. I asked the doctor to call me about this dishonesty and his office manager was rude to me. The doctor finally left me a voice mail while I was at work without even knowing why I was asking for his attention. I tried to contact him twice regarding the dishonesty and never got ahold of him. Terrible!
