Michael Made it possible for my clients to compete in multiple offers, some all cash, by giving us the go-ahead to waive the loan and appraisal contingencies, based on the strength of my clients. He was able to qualify my clients, based on the strength of 1 years income with strong credit score. This isnt always possible, however, where it is, Michael knows loan programs so well that he can assure my clients to waive that contingency. He also arranged closing to happen on time!
