Mike went "ABOVE & BEYOND" in comparison to any other lender I have ever used! He was TRUE to his word and promised to get this difficult loan done and he DID! Locked my loan with bank#1 and days later rates jumped 2 points. Bank#1 unlocks my loan and wants those 2 points.
