I don't like being told one thing and then having something else happen. I understand that there are a lot of steps but getting the run around gets frustrating very quickly. Plus the closing costs are out of control.

I just didn't like the underwriters having me do some trivial exterior fixes that did not change the appraisal of my home and my home was in the same condition as 2 years ago when I initially got a loan
