Michael has now helped me purchase my home in 2009 and refinance it twice in 2016 and 2023. I would never use anyone else with my mortgage needs. My husband and I were having such a hard time getting a loan for a home and Guaranteed Rate helped us buy our first house! We were told so many things we needed to do that were false from other lenders and had to wait months just to get rejected over and over again.
