Like so many others, they are understaffed. They are clearly making an effort to adjust. Food was good. Service was attentive. The only suggestion is to manage expectations by limiting reservation availability. We still had to wait 20 mins for a table with reservations.

While the food was pretty good, there was nothing special or unique about it. The family-style salads were nice with warm breadsticks. We felt rushed. We were still eating the salad when our entrees came out, so they sat getting cold as we tried to quickly finish our salads. So, an issue with timing in the kitchen. A good place to take kids.

Always a good place. They seemed a bit discombobulated last night, however; had their hostess go home sick and they were trying to cover. One table had horribly slow service; I hope they were compensated somehow. Food is always dependable.

Service was great. The food however was a bit lacking with the pasta way overdone. Flatbread was fine.

This is the first time ever to this restaurant. They were able to accomodate a party of 8. I liked that unlimited soup and salad were available with each entree. I enjoyed the poblano soup, the wedding soup was on the salty side. I had the gliten free spaghetti which was good, though the scampi was a drier dish than I am.accustomed to getting. We did bring food home, I will go back!

Food comparable to chain Italian restaurants. All you can eat salads and breadsticks. Enjoyed the banana pepper rings as an appetizer. Plenty of food and didn't skimp on the toppings. However, several of the sauces we tried were very oily - the bottom of the bowl was saturated in oil. This really impacted the flavor of the food. Cleanliness really impacted the overall rating.
