Michel is the best advisor around. She is patient, timely, and very responsive. She will work with you and help you in anyway possible. She specializes in renovation mortgages and that was the reason we were initially connected. Michel was so incredibly dedicated, persistent, knowledge, and helpful from beginning to end. We took on quite a bit project, an older home that had quite a few issues. Michel helped us buy our first house. After looking for five years, we finally found the house we wanted, but it was a fixer upper that needed some immediate repairs. Our realtor suggested we look into a 203K rehab loan. The first few lenders we talked to didn't offer 203k mortgages because of they were too demanding and difficult to process and manage.
