NexTraq is the best in the GPS business Pros: This software makes it easy to navigate where your drivers are and track their paths. Start and Stop reports are extremely helpful in our business. Cons: Some of the reports are a little difficult to read and decipher. Overall: NexTraq is a great service for GPS tracking. I highly recommend using their platform.

Overly basic. Good for infrequent needs Pros: Cost and basic features worked well. The reports generated and sent were visibly appealing and easy to analyze. Cons: Very limited function. Not a clear understanding of the G force sensitivity that triggers harsh events. Pings every 30 seconds, so no live information. Overall: This is a good platform for keeping track of assets with 2x daily check ins. But to exonerate a driver from a not a fault crash, or to get an idea of a driver's safety, this does not help

Nextraq best in class Performance Pros: Most important feature of the software was the user acceptance. Ease of use and intuitive nature of the software was well adapted into the fleet. Training requirements were minimal as a result. Cons: None that can be noted. Implementation was not as difficult as initially perceived with the technical support provided. equipment tracking Pros: It makes it so easy to track not only Trucks and Equipment ,but man power. Plus my sales rep [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is always available if a problem arises. Cons: None everything is great.at this time, Love it Overall: NexTraq has become a vital part of our everyday operation. Also we had two pieces of equipment stolen and we were able to locate and recover both pieces . Thanks NexTraq

Solid fleet management software Pros: Very easy to use and from what we were told no minimum fleet size restrictions like some have. This is great for small businesses to have something like this in place as well. Cons: Pricing was a tad difficult for us to understand apparently as we were billed a different number than we assumed were going to be paying for this service. Overall: Worked great and gave detailed reporting that was much more than we initially expected when we first signed up for the service.

Nextraq Review Pros: The product is easy to easy to track our vehicles, verify locations where work was performed and record maintenance items on vehicles. Driver and safety reports have been especially helpful. Cons: No issues that we have experienced. We have added devices as our fleet expanded and Nextraq has upgraded our units as technology improved without any trouble.
