Dr. Gauthier has been my doctor for many years. She is a very compassionate physician who takes the time to listen and explain things in clear terms that are easily understood. She is very involved in her patients’ care as a whole. In addition the office and nursing team are excellent.
Dr. Gauthier is a wonderful doctor; She listens to my complaints and gives me factual feedback. When hospitalized, Dr Gauthier was there for me, and completely trust her judgement. I am so happy to have found her, thanks to my cousin, also a patient of Dr. Gauthier's. Mostly, Dr. Gauthier is a caring human being who truly cares for her patients. I give her the highest rating.
Dr Gauthier has been my doctor now for 5 years, I came to her from a doctor that did not really care for their patients to well. Dr Gauthier accepted me as her patient With everything I have been through , She not only took care of me, She CARES. She got me well, Anytime I was in the hospital, She always was their to check up on me everyday. Today I am healthier somewhat, Working on things, Amd I am where I am at Because of Dr Gauthier. Dr. Gauthier is a very nice pleasant person. Our whole family really like and trust greatly!
Dr. Gauthier truly cares about her patients. When I had questions concerning a medical issue for my daughter, she researched and spoke with me personally about it. Together we found a solution we could all deal with confidently.
Dr. gauthier and staff are friendly and polite. Dr G. Is very capable and easy to speak to, as well as her PA. Front line staff unable to take full message so if and when someone calls you back you must repeat yourself each time. Not efficient at all. Getting an appt w/either md or her PA is very difficult. Booking appts out several months. I recently needed an rx renewed and was told by staff no one was in ofc for next 3 days that could authorize refills poor cust service I felt.
Because I was requesting some actual advice on vaccines, I was dropped as her patient two days after I’m supposed to go in for my annual physical. Thanks to timing now I have no place to go. She only wants healthy patience, so she can pack her schedule. Missed a potentially very serious medical condition which thankfully was caught by her PA. I am a new patient to the Doctor, I am still not sure after seeing her twice that I would like her as my Doctor. Always checking her watch, and has not addressed many of my issues,
I needed to find a new family doctor in Wisconsin. And although I have seen her 3 different times, she has never given me even the most rudimentary exam. There were no follow up appointments scheduled despite the fact that I have some health issues. Nor is there any continuing care plan in place. When I broke my foot I couldn't get in to see her for 6 weeks.
