Michelle is an amazing person who assisted us throughout our loan with KBHS, she is very patient and knowledgeable to answer all your first time lending questions. She will be my go to person if I ever want to work on any loan. She is quick in responding your emails or call. Throughout our loan she has been following up with regularly to make the process smooth and easy.
