This was our first time buying a home, so we were unfamiliar with a lot of the process. Michelle made everything so easy to understand. She was always comminicating with us what was happening, and what was going to happen next. There was never any surprises. When our closing finally came Michelle was so knowledgeable. She went over every detail and made sure we knew exactly what everything meant and what was to come. I can’t imagine finding a better lender for the purchase of our first home.

I am fairly tech savvy, but still struggled with the tech related to getting the paperwork done. She was very patient and helpful. I was able to work with the app and get all of the paperwork sent in. It was not difficult, just something I had not used prior to this transaction. She answered all of our questions and made the entire process so easy. She is great to work with!
