Michelle was absolutely fantastic! My sister recommended her to me and I would recommend her to anyone else. As a first time homebuyer, I didn't know what to expect. She walked me through everything and made the process very pleasant.
Michelle was an absolute joy. She took the stress out of the whole refinance process. Granted it should not be so stressful but we found some issues with my previous mortgage. Without her I would have never known of any problems. I joked with her and said I can design components for aircraft engines but I can't figure out how to get a payoff amount from my mortgage company. Michelle really steped up and guided me to make the process seamless.
