Michelle walked me through from start to finish and was available anytime to answer any questions I had. I received timely updates on the status of my refinance and the process was just seamless. I couldn’t have asked for an experienced, human centered and passionate Sales manager.
Refinancing is stressful but Michelle stayed involved and got us through it.
