Michelle walked me through from start to finish and was available anytime to answer any questions I had. I received timely updates on the status of my refinance and the process was just seamless. I couldn’t have asked for an experienced, human centered and passionate Sales manager.
Refinancing is stressful but Michelle stayed involved and got us through it. There were times when the process slowed down and Michelle continued to keep us informed of where we were and what to expect. The lenders website was confusing to use at times but again, Michelle walked us through everything and made sure everything was completed timely and completely.

Michelle helped me last year, working with my parents and I to get a loan for purchasing my first home. Interest rates started to drop this year so we thought about refinancing. We originally went to current owner of our loan, but they didn't give us many options and the communication was lacking. So, we gave Michelle another call and were very happy we did.
