We had the pleasure of working with VIP Mortgage for our construction loan and final mortgage loan. Being able to submit our documentation through an app and communicate through email made everything so convenient! Michelle and her team were wonderful to work with! They answered all of our questions and offered guidance on things we didn’t even think of! I didn’t like the requests from the underwriters. They should get their checklists straight because functional need for some information they requested was unnecessary and they already had better proof of income. Some were plain silly. Waiting to get confirmation was deflating. Thank you for your service.
