I have seen Michelle more than once for after hours care and she is always kind, caring and thorough.
Pleasant. Clearly knows her stuff. I was feeling quite ill with a terrible headache. Would have appreciated her being more proactive in suggesting specific OTC resources for addressing each set of symptoms. Her message seemed to be a passive, “you just have to let the illness take its course,” without understanding how truly crappy I felt.
My visit was not a good one. I was in the examining room for one and a half hour waiting for the doctor. No one came in to see if i was ok or to tell me what was going on. The doctor came in and was there for Maybe five minutes and sent me home without even looking at me.. i will not go back!
