I was very impressed with my overall treatment, the professionalism of everyone, the care, the speed of the procedure, the continued assuring words from the surgeon of what to expect, that I wouldn't feel any pain but pressure as he was extracting my tooth. Efficient, friendly, professional, and better experience than I expected. I ended up being charged less than the original quote which was great since I don’t have any dental insurance. A great team here. I would definitely recommend them and certainly would come back.
Dr. Asdell and staff are excellent! No pain after tooth was extracted! appointment was easy to obtain. I fell in the parking lot before the appointment and they took me to the emergency room, and I had an appointment for the tooth extraction within five days after the first appointment. The staff went over and above what could be expected. Thank you very much for your help and kindness in a very difficult situation.
Dr. Asdell and his staff were very friendly and supportive before, during, after my procedure. Any questions that I asked were answered with care and compassion. Being someone who experiences anxiousness in new situations, this was huge at putting my mind at ease. They were upfront about what would happen, what to expect, and the cost. I was extremely impressed when I received a follow up call the day after my procedure and it was Dr. Asdell, himself, checking on how I was doing. Phenomenal customer service!!
I called after the oral surgeon I was referred to could not even see me for a consultation for 6 months. This office got me an appointment in less than a week to pull my tooth. Everyone in the office was extremely nice. I didn't have to wait long and the tooth was pulled. What impressed me the most was Dr. Asdell called that afternoon to check on me.
