The staff was extremely unprofessional. Something was said to me by a staff member which she denied later. I was disrespected and slandered.

After being told my teeth looked good, I was told I could use some alignment work on my lower teeth and and veneer work on about a dozen teeth. Dr. Mader said the cost wouldn’t be too much, but estimate I received was nearly $13,000, with insurance only paying a portion of $5,500 (alignment). After having numerous procedures to fix problems apparently not noticed by my previous dentist, seemed like he was looking for other issues. While the cost may not be much to him, for a retiree, that’s alot

Friendly, caring staff and very competent dentist but be prepared to be outrageously gouged on pricing! The unannounced and not requested use of expensive equipment and upselling on expensive treatments was annoying. Sent a bill for treatment that I didn't request, even after the staff told me if it wouldn't be covered by insurance I wouldn't be charged. But the final straw was when I received an estimate that was five times what I found elsewhere for an implant! Buyer beware.

No one wants their credit card charged for amounts far higher than agreed. No one wants to have far less benefit dollars available to them later in the year due to their insurance company being billed for services not rendered, by a provider who takes payment for services not rendered. We can attest to that from personal experience. In fact, I just did.
