As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by the most friendly staff. Dr. Mader and LeeAnn provided me with the necessary information regarding a treatment plan. I’m looking forward to my upcoming appointments and my new healthy smile.

I had a broken tooth that needed to be fixed. I wasn't even a patient of their's at the time, but they got me in quickly to fix it. Very welcoming, friendly and professional staff. The dentist took his time in explaining everything and answering my questions. Totally painless repair. This office is a class act all the way. I am now signed up as a regular patient. I highly recommend!
5 stars isn't enough! I seriously can't express how incredibly happy I am to have Dr. Mader and his staff as my go to dentist office. I have had so many bad experiences with prior doctors and as a result I struggle with severe dental related anxiety and fear. Even the smell of a dental office, that ground enamel smell, will make my heart race and have me nauseous. The staff is very professional. They take time to explain everything, and an answer questions.
I was VERY nervous about going to the dentist and Dr. Mader's staff made me feel very comfortable in the entire process. They were also very helpful with the Insurance/finacial side of things. Highly recommend.
Stopped in for 6 month checkup and cleaning. As always, entire staff very friendly and prompt. Dentist is always helpful, cordial and gentle. Great place for dental care!
